Collaborative Network

Working Together for a Dementia-Friendly Appalachia
The Appalachian Memory & Aging Initiative (AMAI) believes that collaboration is the key to creating lasting change. By building a strong network of organizations dedicated to memory, aging, and community health, we can expand access to services, strengthen support systems, and foster dementia-friendly communities across rural central Appalachia.
Our network partners bring unique expertise and resources, and together, we share a commitment to improving the lives of older adults and their families.

Join the Network

We welcome partnerships with organizations that share our vision for healthy aging and dementia-friendly communities in rural Appalachia.

To join the AMAI Collaborative Network, partner organizations must:

1.

Commit to supporting the mission and vision of the Appalachian Memory & Aging Initiative.

2.

Participate in quarterly virtual stakeholder meetings to share knowledge, resources, and collaboration opportunities.
If your organization is interested in becoming a network partner, we’d love to hear from you.

AMAI is more than just a collaborative network on Memory & Aging. We aspire to grow a vast network of connections across industries. Find links below to other partnerships and resources that we’re connected with.
